Every hibachi catering price on this menu is per guest. Adults pay the package price, kids aged 5–12 pay half, and children under 5 eat free. Each party has a $600 minimum; smaller groups can reach it by adding extra proteins or sides.
Your quote includes the chef, the grill, all ingredients, setup and cleanup. It does not include gratuity, optional upgrades or a possible travel fee — travel is free within 30 miles of Los Angeles and a flat $40 beyond. Weekday parties (Monday–Thursday) are currently 10% off.

For 20 adults, Regular comes to $1,100 and Premium to $1,400 — 10% less on a Monday–Thursday date. Gratuity, add-ons and any travel fee are extra.

Kids aged 5–12 are half the adult price — $27.50 on Regular, $35 on Premium and $22.50 on Large Gathering. Children under 5 eat free.
Travel is free within 30 miles of Los Angeles. For San Diego, Palm Springs and other areas up to about 120 miles, a flat $40 travel fee is added to your estimate and quote.
Regular ($55/adult) is the classic hibachi dinner: two standard proteins per guest, the full show and games, and about 90 minutes of cooking. It's a great fit for birthdays and family parties.
Premium ($70/adult) adds filet mignon, lobster tail and scallops, an enhanced fire show, a lion dance performance and unlimited sake over about 120 minutes — ideal for weddings and milestone celebrations.
Large Gathering ($45/adult) is a chef-prepared buffet with a set menu of three proteins for 40 or more guests, built for company events, reunions and big backyard parties.
Each guest picks 2 proteins. On Regular, upgrade either one to a premium protein; on Premium, every protein is included.
