Driveways and open garages
Short on yard space? A driveway or a two-car garage with the door open works well, as long as there's good ventilation and a high ceiling. We don't cook under low ceilings indoors.
Rooftops, decks and event spaces
Open-air rooftops and decks are great for city parties when the building allows a propane grill. If your venue needs a Certificate of Insurance, tell us before you book.

How far ahead should I book a hibachi chef in Los Angeles?
2–3 weeks ahead is ideal, especially for Saturday parties and graduation season. We can sometimes fit same-week dates — call or text us to check.
Can you do a hibachi birthday party for kids in LA?
Yes. The chef brings kids into the egg toss, spatula tricks and onion volcano, and kids 5–12 pay half price.
Do you bring tables and chairs?
Yes — table, chair and tablecloth setup is $8 per guest. Add it in the menu step when you book.
